LiraTek is a point-of-sale system for phone shops. This page explains what information the LiraTek web app keeps, why, and who you can contact about it.
What we keep
- Account details: your shop's name and address on liratek.shop, user names, passwords (stored only in hashed form, never in plain text), roles, and email addresses that you or your shop admin add.
- Shop data you enter: sales, stock, customers, debts, transfers, recharges, repairs, expenses and daily closings. This is your shop's business data; we keep it so the app can work.
- Sign-in with Google: if you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your Google account's email address and a Google account ID, and use them only to sign you in and link your LiraTek user. We do not receive your Google password, contacts or files.
- Technical records: sign-in sessions, security and error logs, and the IP address of requests, used to keep accounts secure and to stop abuse.
How we use it
- To run the app for your shop and show you your own data.
- To send emails you ask for: sign-up links, staff invitations, email confirmation and password resets. These come from mail@liratek.shop.
- To protect accounts, for example by limiting repeated sign-in or sign-up attempts.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
The web app's data is stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (Fly.io), with encrypted backups (Cloudflare). Emails are sent through our email provider (Spacemail). These providers process the data only to run the service for us.
How long we keep it
We keep your shop's data while your shop uses LiraTek. If you ask us to close your shop, we delete its data, except anything we must keep by law. One-time links (sign-up, invitation, password reset) expire and stop working.
Your choices
- Your shop admin can change or remove users and their email addresses in Settings.
- You can disconnect Google sign-in from Settings at any time.
- To see, correct or delete your data, email us.
